Once we've processed your order and its status is "Complete", we will send you a tracking number to the email address provided on your order. If for some reason you don't receive this notification, please check your spam folder before contacting email@example.com or call toll free at 1-844-OAK-FORT (1-844-625-3678).
Any orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be processed the following week. OAK + FORT is not responsible for any delays and/or damage caused in-transit by the postal service, courier or customs agencies.
PO Boxes cannot be entered in as delivery addresses. We are currently not shipping orders to PO boxes. Please contact customer care for further questions.
CANADIAN SHIPPING RATES
Orders under $150 = $9.50 Shipping Rate
Orders that subtotal (after discounts & promotions) $150 and over = FREE DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Domestic Shipments = 1-3 business days
Fulfillment times may vary relative to order volume. During sale and holiday periods, additional processing time may be required.
A signature will be required for parcel delivery. If no one is at the shipping address, at the time of delivery to receive the package, it will be held at a Fedex depot for up to 5 business days. You have 2 options: pick it up at the depot or call the courier and arrange for re-delivery if necessary.
If you fail to do so, the package will be returned to OAK + FORT's Warehouse, and an additional shipping fee will be charged to send the order back out.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS MAY INCUR BROKERAGE FEES, IMPORT TAXES OR DUTIES THAT ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER.
If no one is at the shipping address, at the time of delivery to receive the package, it will be held at a postal facility for a short period of time, which varies between countries. You have 2 options: pick it up at the postal facility or arrange for re-delivery if possible.
Please note: international packages will not be sent back if they are not picked up in time by the customer. Not claiming an imported item within the required time frame, may lead to the package being destroyed at the customs facility or returned to our warehouse. The above noted shipping fees will be deducted from any refund we process resulting from an unaccepted International Order that is returned to our facility.

Online Order (Pick Up) Destination
Canadian customers can shop online on our Canada / Int'l store and save on shipping costs by choosing to pickup in our showroom at our head office located at 100 - 7 East 6 Avenue.
Once your order has been placed a pickup confirmation email will be sent within 1-2 business days when your order is ready. Stop by our showroom and present valid photo ID and your order number to receive your order
Not able to pick up your order? Contact firstname.lastname@example.org and provide us with the full name of the person picking up your order. They will need to show valid photo identification upon pick up.
