WHAT CAN I RETURN?
Items in their original condition (with tags attached) are eligible for return. All jewelry, intimates (bodysuits, underwear, socks, headwear, and swimwear), nail lacquers, gift cards and sale items (including items purchased during promotional events) are considered final sale. Please note that OAK + FORT does not issue any price adjustments. OAK + FORT does not currently offer returns on any international orders (outside of Canada & USA).
HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEMS?
In Store Purchase:
Please bring your original receipt and items within 21 days of purchase to your local OAK + FORT store location and they’ll gladly provide you with a store credit or exchange for your eligible items.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 21 business days of receiving your merchandise (based off the date of delivery attached to your tracking number) with your order number, a list of the items you’d like to return, and the reason for the return. Once Customer Care receives your request they’ll email you back with the next steps. Please note that customers are required to cover return shipping costs.
Beauty products (excluding Nail Lacquer) purchased online may be refunded if they are: in original condition with seal unbroken, requested within 21 days from delivery date and approved by Customer Care. For monetary refund, beauty must be sent back through our e-commerce channels as instructed by Customer Care. For store credit or exchange, beauty can be returned at select OAK+FORT locations.
OAK + FORT CIRCLE LOOKS POLICY
Items purchased from the OAK + FORT Circle looks are eligible for free returns. The standard policy applies: items must be in original condition, requested within 21 days from delivery date and approved by Customer Care. Please note that all jewelry and nail lacquers are final sale. If you wish to return individual items you will be refunded the amount of each item minus the percentage based on the set price of each look.
