ONLINE ORDERS

Online Refunds

Items in their original condition (with tags attached) are eligible for a refund within 21 days of delivery. All jewelry, intimates (bodysuits, underwear, socks, headwear, and swimwear), nail lacquers, gift cards and sale items (including items purchased during promotional events) are considered final sale.


Please email hello@oakandfort.com within 21 business days of receiving your merchandise (based off the date of delivery attached to your tracking number) with your order number, a list of the items you’d like to return, and the reason for the return. Once our Client Experience team receives your request they’ll email you back with the next steps. Please note that customers are required to cover return shipping costs.


In-Store Exchanges

Items purchased online must be in their original condition (with tags attached) to be eligible for an exchange and or store credit within 21 days of delivery. All jewelry, intimates (bodysuits, underwear, socks, headwear, and swimwear), nail lacquers, gift cards and sale items (including items purchased during promotional events) are considered final sale. Please bring your original receipt and items to your local OAK + FORT store location.



IN-STORE PURCHASES

Items purchased in-store must be in their original condition (with tags attached) to be eligible for an exchange or store credit within 21 days of purchase. All jewelry, intimates (bodysuits, underwear, socks, headwear, and swimwear), nail lacquers, gift cards and sale items (including items purchased during promotional events) are considered final sale. Please bring your original receipt and items to your local OAK + FORT store location.



BEAUTY POLICY

Beauty products (excluding Nail Lacquer) purchased online may be refunded if they are: in original condition with seal unbroken, requested within 21 days from delivery date and approved by our Client Experience team. For monetary refund, beauty must be sent back through our e-commerce channels as instructed by our Client Experience team. For store credit or exchange, beauty can be returned at select OAK+FORT locations.



NOTE: OAK + FORT does not issue any price adjustments across all collections. OAK + FORT does not currently offer returns on any international orders (outside of Canada & USA).
