HOW TO ORDER

1. Select Your Items

Shopping Cart

Find a product of interest, simply select your preferred colour and size, then click the “Add to Cart” button. All the items you have chosen will be showcased in your “cart” located on the top right hand side of your screen.

Please note that FLASH SALES result in a discounted price for items. Therefore they are not eligible for an exchange or credit in-store or online.

Review Your Cart

Please ensure that the items, sizes, colours and quantities are correct. If you need to make any adjustments to your order, you can remove an item in the cart by clicking the “X”. Once all items are correct, click “Proceed to checkout”.

2. CHECKING OUT + PLACING YOUR ORDER

OAK + FORT Member Checkout

Becoming an OAK + FORT member means only having to save your information once. OAK + FORT members have the option of simply selecting past addresses & payment methods associated with their account. If you wish to change any information, simply click the “Edit” button and make any necessary changes.

Shipping/Payment

A shipping method will be automatically assigned to your order based on dollar value and shipping country. All North American orders valued over $150 will receive FREE SHIPPING. Select a payment method and enter all payment information. Select continue to proceed.

Placing an Order

Review your order for a final time. If everything is correct, click “Place Order”. If you would like to change an item in your cart, you can click “Edit Your Cart” and make the correct changes.

Order Confirmation

Once you have placed an order, a confirmation email will be sent to you. This will showcase all the details you need to know; your order number, complete order details and shipping address.

3. ORDER ADJUSTMENTS

Cancellation of Orders

You can cancel your order by contacting us right away via email at customercare@oakandfort.com and use the subject line: “CANCEL/EXCHANGE/CREDIT INQUIRY”. If the order has been “Processed” we will do our best to make any changes to your order, however if it has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel your order. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs incurred. For a return, we’re more than happy to issue you a store credit that will never expire.

Adjustments to Your Order

We are more than happy to make any changes to your order, if you e-mail customercare@oakandfort.com. Most "Processed" orders can be adjusted—however, orders that have already been "Shipped" cannot be adjusted. We will gladly process a refund on all full-priced items within 14 days of received purchase for store credit. Once an order’s status is “Complete” and payment is received we will e-mail you a tracking number for your shipment.

Stock Availability

OAK+FORT's online inventory is kept as up-to-date as possible. However, in the un-likely event that the stock availability of an item in your order has changed, or if an item in your order is sold out and no longer available, we will inform you via e-mail to discuss the status of your order and make any adjustments as needed.

ORDER TRACKING

Tracking Number

Once your order has been placed and it's on its way to you, we will issue you a tracking number. Please ensure that you have entered the correct email address in your OAK+FORT account, and that you have access to it. This is where your order confirmation, order details, and tracking information will be sent to.

PRICING

Currency

All items are sold in Canadian dollars and that will be the currency your credit card provider will use at the time of the transaction. When you check out, taxes will be charged accordingly based on your location. The final price (including applicable taxes and shipping) will be displayed prior to entering your payment details and will also be sent to you in the confirmation e-mail.


Methods of Payment

OAK + FORT accepts the following forms of payment: Visa, MasterCard, Visa Debit, PayPal, AliPay, and OAK+FORT gift cards.


Taxes and Duties

All Canadian orders are subject to the provincial taxes associated with the shipping address provided. Prices showcased on all products do not include shipping, handling fees or taxes. International orders will not be charged Canadian taxes, however they may incur brokerage fees, import taxes or duties that are the responsibility of the customer to cover.


Discount Codes

Please note the conditions associated with discount codes provided by OAK + FORT or any other third party. Please read through to make sure they're applicable to your purchase before ordering.


Discount codes are only valid during their timeframe, as stated with their associated promotion. They may not be applied to previous purchases (ie: price adjustments.) Discount codes cannot be used in combination with any other promotions or discount codes. Online codes such as subscription codes, flash sale codes and customer service codes are only valid for use on the website they were issued on. Online codes cannot be used in storefront locations.


SALE ITEMS (INCLUDING ITEMS PURCHASED DURING PROMOTIONAL EVENTS) ARE FINAL SALE. Please note that OAK + FORT does not issue any price adjustments.


To use a discount code, enter it in the gift certificate field during checkout. The associated discount will be applied to your cart's subtotal before taxes and shipping.
